Moonstone's Back Story...

In 2019 I (Alyssa) was working in Oklahoma City and I crossed paths with a Reiki Healer through my job. She gifted me my first crystal (an Amethyst cluster) and not knowing anything about them, I dove head first into the world of healing energy and vibrations. As my collection began to grow, I also started studying Tarot. Not knowing about the pandemic ahead, my favourite metaphysical shop closed and I turned to online shopping for crystals but felt disconnected trying to purchase precious gems through photos so ultimately, I put my journey on hold.

Fast forward to 2022 when I was residing in a small town in Minnesota, I felt the pull to start something of my own. One evening while out to dinner, I grabbed a pen and piece of paper and drew out my first attempted logo. Two weeks after that logo was created, Moonstone Crystal Shop was born. After a year in business, gears shifted. In May of 2023 I relocated back to my home town Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada! After almost a decade of living in the USA it was time for a change and familiar faces.

There were many risks and turns taken but you guys are what really make Moonstone. The trust I am given to hand pick items that you will cherish, fills my heart with more gratitude than anything I have ever done.

Every order is always hand picked with love and excitement. I absolutely love when you guys are vulnerable and share your stories with me, it makes all of this just that much more worth it.
