Shipping policy

Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once your order is packed and sent to the mailing facility, a shipping tracking number will be accessible for you to track your order.

Shipping rates are modified as a flat rate shipping while shipping discounts are occasionally applied.

Your products will be wrapped as found suited, example: towers, carvings and larger products will be individually bubble wrapped while tumbled and smaller products will be bubble wrapped together and all are placed between packing peanuts.
Each package will arrive in thick cardboard boxes with water soluble - biodegradable peanuts.

If your package arrives with damaged goods inside, please take photos and contact Moonstone! Insurance is included in your shipping rate but do require photos. A refund will be examined for processing within 5 business days but Moonstone will refund you immediately!
